✨ I, the artist have the right to decline a commission.
✨ Feel free to browse through my past works, to see if I'm the right artist for you.
✨There may be slight color changes I will draw commissions in my style, I am likely to adjust some colors slightly even if provided with a color palette/selection, to fit my artstyle and the lighting/overall feel of the piece.
✨** Provide references.** Reference images are required (you may send as many as you want). Reference through description only are a subject to discussion.
✨ Don't rush the process. One piece will take about 1-3weeks to finish. There will be possibilities of finishing it earlier or later depending on my schedule and free time. (Will inform commissioner promptly should there be any issues that the commission took longer than 3 weeks to finish.)
✨ Deadlines must be informed in advance.
✨ Canvas size. My default canvas size is at least 2500 x 2500px. Of course, commissioners are more than welcome to request their preferred canvas size and orientation. If not specified, I will use my default canvas size.
✨ WIPs/Sketches will be shared 3 times for any revisions/corrections.
✨ I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the rights to a refund.
✨ Final product will be sent via email in PNG format

I, Semllii (the artist):✨ Reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.✨ Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.✨ Will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.✨ Will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.✨ Reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications, websites, social medias, etc.The following is considered copyright infringement:✨ Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.✨ Claiming the artwork as your own✨ Removing my signature from the artwork✨ Altering the artwork without my consent✨ I reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time).
You (the customer/commissioner):✨ You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels with credits.✨ You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)✨ You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.✨ You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable. Please discuss this with me prior to paying for the artwork.✨ You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).✨ You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. The license to the commissioned artwork may be purchased at any point - contact me for info.
Payment:
✨ Currency accepted is USD, PHP and GENESIS CRYSTALS and can be paid through Paypal, GCash and Codashop.
✨ Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% after the sketch approval and 50% before I send the final piece.
✨ Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.
Refund / Cancellation Policy:
✨ The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.
✨ If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

Bust Shot (PHP 750 / $15 / 980 Genesis Crystals)
Half body (PHP 1350 / $30 / 1980 Genesis Crystals)
Full body (Not accepting full body commissions at the moment)✨ Please take note that these are the minimum prices for each category and it may increase in accordance to the complexity or details of the character.
✨ Extra items will be charged from PHP 50/$2 minimum to PHP 250/$10 max depending on size and complexity.
✨ Additional characters will have a 30% discount respectively.
✨ Complex backgrounds will have an additional PHP 250/$5 to PHP 700/$20 charge.
✨ Art is for your personal use only. Commercial rights are open to discussion, otherwise it is 300-400% of its original price.
